Austin, TX – Javelin thrower Jordan Davis of Southern Connecticut State University unleashed an all-time NCAA Division 2 record throw in winning the Texas Relays last weekend. Twice surpassing 80 meters, his final throw of 83.77 meters not only won the competition but also set the NCAA Division 2 record, (and shattered the all-New England Collegiate Record). It's the best mark in the US for 2024 and fifth longest throw ever of any division NCAA thrower.
