Ketchum Named New Head Coach of Men's and Women's Track and Field at Brandeis

WALTHAM, Mass. – Brandeis University has hired Miles Ketchum as its next head coach of men's and women's track and field, Director of Athletics Lauren Haynie announced today.
"Miles' experience and his success at the Division III level makes him a tremendous addition for our track and field program," Haynie said. "We are looking forward to welcoming him to our department and the Brandeis family."
"Thank you to Lauren Haynie, Lynne Dempsey, and everyone on the search committee for giving me this opportunity to lead the Men's and Women's Track & Field program and join the Brandeis community," Ketchum said. "I look forward to building upon the team's history of success and helping the student-athletes receive a high-quality athletic experience that matches the world-class education the school provides. I am also excited to work in collaboration with Head Cross Country Coach Mike Schmidt, whose accomplishments as an athlete and a coach will be invaluable to the growth and competitiveness of the program. It will be an honor to wear the navy blue and join the Judges."
