Qualifying Standards
Qualifying standards can be found here.
-
Keep in mind:
-
Field size is capped at 32 for running events, 24 for field events and top 16 for hep/dec.
-
Indoor marks WILL be accepted for outdoor qualifying. We are working with Direct Athletics to get this reflected on the Outdoor Performance List. Mile times can be converted to 1500m.
-
You may enter 10k runners with No Time. Traditionally, the field has not filled for the 10k. If it does, NT’s will be seeded based on their best 5k time from 23-24. There will be ONE heat for the men’s 10k and ONE heat for the women’s 10k.
-
Entries
-
Entries will close at Wednesday May 7 at 3pm. The seeding meeting will take place that evening.
-
Entry fees are $20 per entry and $50 per combined event participant. Your school will be invoiced based on the number of entries accepted into the meet. If you do not scratch your student-athlete by the scratch deadline, you will be charged.
-
Please email your preferences to Rick Berryman and Jaime Berryman at rick@lancertiming.com and jaime@lancertiming.com and cc neicaaa1887@gmail.com as well.
-
If your institution didn’t participate in XC or IT and hasn’t paid the membership dues yet for this year, please take care of that as soon as possible to ensure you’ll be able to participate in the meet.
-
We will run one section in the men's 10k and one section in the women's 10k. You may enter the 10k with No Time. If the event were to fill, we would go to outdoor 5k times to determine who makes the meet.
Scratches
-
Scratch deadline is Wednesday, May 7 at 3pm. Any scratches coming in after this point will be charged entry fees (see below).
-
As we receive scratches, we will call the next performer on the list to ensure full fields. Accepted entries will be posted Wednesday night.
