Annual Fall Convention Scheduled for September 13 at Holy Cross



The 2022 Annual Fall Convention will be held at the Hogan Campus Center at College of the Holy Cross on Tuesday September 13, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Lunch will be served at the conclusion of the meeting. Please RSVP online via this link.


Please bring the 2022 Delegate Authorization Form to the convention or send it directly to the commissionervia e-mail or text. Due extraordinary circumstances , an ex-officio group was formed to assist the Executive Committee. The proposals formulated were implemented and now need to be incorporated into the constitution.

1. Amend Article VII-section 1

The officers of the association must be athletic administrators and shall be President, Vice president , and Second Vice President. In addition, four coaches and the Commissioner will form an Executive Committee to which the the immediate management of this association shall be entrusted.

2. Amend Article XIV

  • Membership Dues Structure Proposal: The below proposal was created to meet the NEICAAA Membership directive to create a more equitable dues structure for member programs, while bringing in required revenue to ensure future sustainability of the Association. The model includes a standard membership fee to be a part of the Association and an Entry Fee model for participation in Championships.

  • Membership Dues: $250/per gender Must be paid by August 1 of each year

  • Cross Country Championship: $10/per entered athlete

  • Indoor Championship: $20/per accepted athlete/ per event $20 per relay $50 per multi-event athlete

  • Outdoor Championship: $20/per accepted athlete/per event $20 per relay $50 per multi-event athlete

4. COLLEGE DIVISION RACES

College division race in cross country instead of a sub varsity race. Schools may choose, but if entered in both will not be counted in team placement for the college race.
